KO-AR has a new high-tech production space that meets the strictest demands regarding the environment and working conditions. The baths for anodising, hard anodising, chromating and passivating can process products with sizes up to 2000 x 900 x 800 mm. We have three production lines that contribute optimally to a clean and efficient work process.

KO-AR guarantees the measurements of your end product according to your wish. We realise the right appearance with preliminary treatments such as glass bead blasting, (matte) staining and passivating. For packaging your product KO-AR has a mobile cleanroom, which has been certified as ISO 7. The flow cabinet in the cleanroom has been certified as ISO 6. We have been authorised by the semiconductor industry to package up to grade 2.

Since 2013 KO-AR has had new premises in Stompetoren. Surrounded by polder landscape and logistically favourably located near the A9 and A7 motorways, this is the ideal location for processing your products. The design of the factory was informed by 25 years of experience of owner Marco Kaarsgaarn.
